pip form wording confusion

my wife is in receipt of pip and mobility already …. 13pts care component and 10pts for mobility = enhanced rate of the care component and lower rate mobility.
with all this talk of needing 4pts in one section of the daily living section i've decided to check her award ….
she receives 4pts already for help with preparing a meal …👍️
on her award she was only awarded 1pt for managing treatment (medication)….
she has a diagnosis of emotionally unstable borderline personality disorder and has an history of 5 or 6 failed suicide attempts though over dosing on medication, because of this i have total control of her medication which includes administering it to her and also having to secure it so she has no access to it for obvious reasons, this takes me about 7hrs hours a week (twice daily of about 30mins a time and persuading her to take it)…
so back to my question ….
they've awarded her 1pt for
"b. Needs any one or more of the following:
(i) to use an aid or appliance to be able to
manage medication;
(ii) supervision, prompting or assistance to
be able to manage medication
(iii) supervision, prompting or assistance to
be able to monitor a health condition."
should it be 4pts or does this section not cover medication and is just for physical therapy only … ?
the word medication is not included in section d
"d. Needs supervision, prompting or
assistance to be able to manage therapy
that takes more than 3.5 but no more than
7 hours a week"
thanks in advance Dave.

Hi @bton1968, welcome to the community. As far as I'm aware, the second section you mention is more for therapies other than medications.
It would usually be for requiring help to access any other regular therapies for physical or mental health conditions that would meet that 3.5 hour per week mark.
