Pip tribunal appeal granted, understanding next phase

So an error of law meant the first tier tribunal decision has just been set aside, they did grant me more points (and more money) from that original tribunal decision but they errored by not also granting me the correct point for higher mobility. I appealed and a letter has just stated a fresh tribunal will hear the matter again. Does this mean all the money I've had and the lump sum will count as overpayment and I will go back down to my original points and amount? Also it said I could submit any evidence of how my condition effected me up until the date the first tribunal heard the matter, do I just send that in as an addition to the courts asap? And do fresh tribunal hearings take just as long as the first ones to happen?

Hi @coopernffc I'm sorry you've not had a response to this. Have you managed to get an answer to this yet?

Hi , I subscribe to Benefits and Work £15.95 per annum , they are really good at helping with benefits on all levels but you can just go on the website to read situations that others have been in too. Best of luck
