so.. council/social housing-band c local connection etc no dependants single 40 benefits.severe scoliosis years worth of medical evidences long list! Gp support letters etc all info there and accepted as a need for med priority as living in caravan(unsafe/outside loo no electricity so generator. Declined and no help?? What now? And yes I’ve appealed 3 times already

Have you been allocated band C and you appealed for higher priority?
Have you looked at their criteria for higher banding and feel you fit?
I see you've appealed several times, perhaps contacting your MP would be an idea.

yes band C(no mention from me re:medical issues)until 2 years ago health decline-on discharge from a long stay at hosp-Nurses/GP etc advised n pushed me to gain med pri/higher band.u name it I handed it in n 2add to my problem no fix abode as abode is a caravan rental(all I could afford at time(benefits etc)obvs a temp measure.evidence all given eviction due 2nit annual stay . My last appeal decline was..”ur abode doesn’t harm effect on ur health AND u appear to have no motability problems”

Thankyou. I’m just appealing this 1 final time. I’ve re-given/ updated blue badg/lim capabilities/uni cred/2 gp letter.
Reg:-no motability issues
(blue badg/the 10 point motability q on pip .lim cap accep/n obvs scoliosis recent x ray.
Reg:-abode doesn’t affect my health
I’ve taken pic of generator/uneven ground/no hand rails/cannot fit my shower seat in to wash etc. A pict of my face with a broken nose from fallin out caravan. Also I had a car that I prevyslept rough in- car is now in police - no brief-even attached an d email with house allocata said well at least u have ur car? N wen I said no I surance etc they no commented!!!
