Can anyone shed some light on what's happened to me as I don't think it's right.

First of all, I had to transition over from Income Support and housing benefit last September. 2024.

I am in receipt of Carers allowance for my daughter, I get pip for my Physical and mental health. (genuine not fake.)

I was told that my pip was not counted as it is a separate benefit.

I was told not to worry and went over to the job centre and honestly showed her what and why I had the amount in my bank.

She told me it was fine and because of my back pay with pip I would have 12 months to get it below the allowance mark.

Well I got letters from universal credit after keeping me waiting for a decision for 8 weeks and said I wasn't entitled now because I have more than I should. I explained about my pip and was told its all taken into account?

I have letters from housing and council tax wanting back pay.

I have been paying my rent as well, also my prescriptions which I paid for a reduced cost certificate.

I was told to claim new style esa and now my carers allowance has stopped which I have claimed for my daughter for 30 years as I have to care for her full time as well as my own problems which is really hard.

Instead of getting 81.90 weekly, I am now getting 17.20 every 2 weeks.

I have to use my pip to pay my rent which just about covers it.

Can someone advise me what would be the best outcome for me as I'm struggling to deal with all of this.

Also my discount for council tax and housing benefit has not been added.

My daughters both have an inherited condition and are on esa support group.

My apologies if this is long winded as I don't know what I should do.

PIP backpay should be disregarded for 12 months.

As you have a lot going on I'm going to recommend seeing a local trained benefits advisor, who can help sort everything out.

I had someone from CAB but sheeither doesn't phone me or she is on leave.

I need to see someone about everything going on as I don't know where to turn.

can someone share some lightness for me? Universe credit is asked my bank statement ID I transfer my universal credit to my carer every month because I am not capable to look after money. I don’t understand how to count and how to use it so can they stop my universal credits in a review? Because
