Pip and OAPs

does anybody know if ongoing awards for PIP when you are an OAP will be affected with the new reforms / changes from the spring statement announcement

I'm in the same situation, my next review will be when I'm a pensioner, I'm assuming the 4 point rule will apply, and although I got 11 points daily living non were 4 points, If PIP is stopped I guess we'll have to apply for attendance allowance instead, although I have no idea if I'd qualify for that
