I’m really confused about this , I’ve read conflicting things everywhere .

If your rent falls under the LHA amount and your rent includes bills , do UC pay this in total ?

I’ve read in Social housing they won’t cover any utilities but in private housing as long as your rent is within LHA amount regardless or whether it includes bills then it will be paid by UC housing element, obviously if it’s above LHA amount then you have to pay the shortfall .

Can someone pls clarify this if they know .
