Baffled by benefit rule changes

Does anyone know what conditions are going to be accepted as life long? On one hand they believe I have Epilepsy then they say that isn't supported by my gp. Funny how I've won each appeal I've had to do.
All of us with life long conditions believe we're included but we all know DWP make up their own rules. Also having to get 4 points for one daily living activity, one minuit they believe I shouldn't be left alone to eat and drink, bath or go out( not always on the same award notice) then it's perfectly safe for me to do these things unaided so they are going to give only 3 points max for just one activity.
Any advice greatly recieved.
