Migration

When migrating on to uc from old benefits, do you need to tell them requarding medical even though your just transitioning through letter sent?
Also if council pay my rent direct to landlord how do i prove this.
Appreciate any advice

You need to list medical conditions on the application form, nothing more.
All applications to UC are treated as new applications, regardless if you are migrating or not.
Once you've applied for UC, you'll have access to the online account, known as the Journal.
You would write a note on there stating your previous Housing Benefit was paid directly to your Landlord, and you would like them to do the same for Housing Element.

If you don't have access to a Journal, you will need to either call them to request rent is paid direct to landlord, or perhaps ask when you have your home visit.
