Moving from Scotland to London

Hello, new poster here.
I am potentially moving from Scotland to London as council mutual exchange. I receive UC, LCWRA and ADP which is the Scottish version of PIP. I am 59.
The proposed welfare changes are messing my head. Is my understanding correct? That:
My UC and LCWRA are unaffected until 2028 or 2029 as I am an existing claimant.
I know that ADP will be paid to me for 3 months after moving during which time I have to apply for PIP. As long as I apply before November 2026, my application will be processed under the current PIP rules.
Any further insight please?
Thanks, Kev.
