hello to everyone

Hi,I have been ill for a long time,spinal cord injury,and scoliosis surgery,in constant pain,and in August last year I had a heart incident, and a fall,the ecg,said I had had an acute M-I.but was sent home after test's, on my spine and titanium implants.they said,I was okay.
And sent me home after twelve hours in and E.long night. I am told I have heart failure Hefpef.my doctor has never heard of it.neither had I,I was prescribed important heart failure medications,my doctor wouldn't prescribe them as she hadn't had a letter from the hospital doctor.thats all for now.too much information I know.hello to everyone one.
