Housing officer not helping with issues

I’m being bullied.

My housing officer is doing nothing, it’s really disgusting a few scumbags that take drugs are picking on me daily. I’m suffering mentally and need some help and advice. I have evidence of it. Lots . Plus she doesn’t know me and I recorded her speaking to me like ****. When I showed her I was recording her she knew she was in the wrong and said WOW. Because if I showed the CEO ( whom doesn’t live near here, the first one in my town and it’s called Salvation army association). I didn’t know it was this bad. I only did a home swap because my dad’s wife had died. And he needed me to live near him. They are scumbag druggies and are picking on me calling me names. I really don’t know what to do. I can’t live on the streets. I really need help. Can I take them to court and then get another place to live. I’m suffering and have no idea what to do

Sorry to hear I'm in a similar situation next door banging and treating to have people come round had the police round and they contacted housing they never even got back to me they don't seem to care and won't help with rehousing or helping do an exchange

Would be interested if there is help as well... But if they are dealing or anything I'd just keep phoning 101 and reporting it it's what someone I know did eventually they had to move
