PIP light touch review

I’m just looking for advice about this light touch review, have enhanced for both.
my querie is
How to complete this review?
Do you send evidence?
If you don’t send evidence will the award be taken away from being a ‘ongoing period’ to a much lower award period.
It’s very worrying has its meant to be light touch, so why do you need to still prove you have these long term disabilities

Hi I'd like to know this also what actually is a light touch review and will it still apply with all these changes x

I had a light touch review done for my last pip assessment in 2023. I was awarded another 3 years at enhanced in both sectors. Essentially, on the form I put down no change to every single question. I seem to recall it says on the form itself if there has been no change to state that. If I can find the paperwork - could be a while searching 😅 but if I do I’ll post here again

Hi,
So they dropped your award from a ‘ongoing period’ (10 years), to a 3 year award?
and you completed the new AR2 form ? ( the shorter form)0
