Pip review concluded

Hello, I’ve received my pip award letter and they’ve awarded me the standard rates for both categories however I know they wrong and I should now qualify for the enhanced rates for both. So I’m bracing myself to challenge the decision as they’ve not seen or spoken to me and have kept me on the previously awarded rates.
Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated. I know that most of us disabled folk probably should know this but I’ve forgotten because I’m also juggling with my universal credit claim as well because they keep changing figures so I’m getting more and more frustrated and stressed. My physical and mental health is deteriorating and this isn’t helping, my partner has a rare and difficult to treat cancer and his treatment can’t cure him and may stop suppressing it. He’s also probably on the autistic spectrum. My alopecia has got worse over the last year since his diagnosis and prognosis. I’ve got no support from any neurological specialist or doctor for my worsening MS. I’ve got other health issues and it’s looking like I’m getting others as well. It’s all making me feel lower than a snakes belly!
