on old style Esa, twins on the way and waiting for tribunal date

im on pip and so was my wife, due to these disgusting humans from such as capita. My wife was on pip as well and she had light touch. however they spun it in such a way, that her award ended, waited over 20 months and still waiting for tribunal hearing. They booked on date she had appointment due to high risk pregnancy. her due to date was mid May and now due to the complications with multiple stays at hospital they have moved date forward.
we were receiving sdp but if your a couple either you both get or none. The problem is now that first even tough the tribunal judge decided it was urgent and to be listed with in 6 weeks however it was booked over 8 weeks and on the day I told not to. Now Due to complications and c section and pregnancy, we don't know what to do. Are we going to forced to go uc. the transition protection would not be done. As although previously we had sdp, due to the false information by assessment companies we lost it. so do we have to notify of this change?
Should we tell after we get tribunal to over turn the decision by the culprits. and like for example something changes again in a while like moving home(we need to it's 1 bedroom flat) will that also effect tp.
I read some post from poppy123456. the user seem like they what they are talking about. Any suggestions will be appreciated. The tribunal have let us down, as well as PIP assessors ( this not the first time she fought for 5 years for then to get a light review and again same position).

Hey there @ikzq219 and welcome to the community.
Sorry to see no one has been able to advise here, it does seem like a bit of a tricky one. Unfortunately Poppy is taking some time away from the community, but we do have a lot of other users who may be able to advise soon.0 -
Hi,
Have you received the Universal Credit migration notice yet? If yes, what date does it tell you to claim by?
