AuDHD Seeking advice

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some guidance and would really appreciate any direction you can point me in. I'm a recent graduate, and while I know about resources like Access to Work, I don’t think that’s quite what I need.
I want to work, but I need a 100% remote job. What I'm really looking for is someone, a career coach or advisor, who can help me explore my options while taking my circumstances into account. The job search process feels overwhelming, and I find myself juggling too many things at once, which often leads to burnout.
Having both ADHD and autism can feel like navigating two opposing forces, which makes things even more challenging. I know there are resources out there, but there are so many that I don’t know where to start. I've even tried organisations like Mind, but I still feel lost.
I struggle with self-doubt, even though I know I have valuable skills. My ADHD, autism, and anxiety all feed into this cycle, making it difficult to move forward.
If anyone knows of any services, organisations, or professionals who could help, I’d be really grateful.
Thank you.

Hi @UnknownQuestions101, welcome to the community. Sorry it's taken a little while to respond.
Scope have a few employment services you might find useful:
Employment support services | Disability charity Scope UK
They can't search for work for you but they can help you find your strengths and talk you through what you'd like to do.
We also have a list of disability friendly employers that you might like to look through too:
Finding disability-friendly employers | Disability charity Scope UK
Hope you can find something suitable soon 😊

Hi! So I am in a similar position but I graduated in 2021 and have been off work since October due to my mental health. I'm currently looking for work and also have Autism and ADHD so I know (from my own experience) how daunting it is to find work, especially work that suits you and your needs.
My biggest recommendation would be WayThrough or WorkWell, they are both charities that support people who struggle with their mental health get back into employment. I've been with Waythrough since January and they've been amazing, I have a work coach i meet with every other week and he has helped get me a laptop through the job centre, and helped gain my confidence in finding a job that suits me. I had a social prescriber from my GP and she referred me but I do believe you can refer yourself so I would suggest maybe contacting them (WayThrough or WorkWell or your GP) just to see what support they can offer.
I have no idea what kind of jobs you're looking for but I'm currently looking on the Charity Jobs website which is super useful, especially for remote working jobs.
I hope this helps!

Thank you both so much for your replies, and I’m really sorry for the late response . I had lost my account details and couldn’t log in. I’ll definitely take a look at the resources and websites you’ve mentioned. I truly appreciate your help, especially as I hadn’t heard of these resources before, so they will be incredibly useful for my job search. Thank you again for your support.
