hi my parents are due to come over from esa to pip now would my dad get into trouble if he puts no to health conditions or disabilities and he’s claiming carers element instead ?

Do you mean they're moving from income support to Universal Credit? Do both your parents have health conditions? Are they claiming any other benefits like PIP?
If you feel it would benefit them, it may be worth speaking with a benefits advisor to see if they can help clear things up. Citizen's Advice have a transition service for people claiming Universal Credit.

thank you yes they both get pip but they will be caring for each other so they wouldn’t beable to get lcwra aswell anyway

One parent can go through the Work Capability Assessment process, if awarded LCWRA that would take them up to the maximum for a couples claim:
1x Carers Element (£198.31 *)
+
1 x LCWRA
(£416.19 *)
They would be better off doing this than having 2x Carers Element
(*rates do increase slightly shortly).
