Migration from esa to unerversal credits

Im confused got paid on the 5march 366.80 esa .got letter on 7 march migration letter so made unerversal claim same day the 7th all done puts in for advance payment gave me 1152.00 till says I will get my first payment on the 13april .19 march got 366.00 esa.then on wed 2 April been paid 366.00 esa can you help with this plz

ESA pays two weeks in arrears.
After claiming UC there is one more payment (known as the run on payment) which doesn't affect your UC award.
If you are paid more than this, too much ESA, (it happens) then that will be deducted from your UC.

so does that mean the 366 will be taken off first payment

Not quite, If you have been paid too much ESA in error then this shouldn't be deducted all at once but a little at a time.
