Sharing on skills development for the vulnerable groups in Uganda

In the Ugandan perspective, the problem of the vulnerable persons has been addressed, many of them leave in despair for example the disabled, OVCs, the youth, school drop outs, young mothers, the elderly and the widows. The question is how do we help to address the problems that affect those vulnerable groups, the answer would have been through skills education empowerment which the government has not been able to provide and the above groups still leave in very poor conditions. We there for need to think on different ways on how the above groups can be helped so that they can also be able to leave a happy and decent life..My small organization has been giving some help through provision of goats, sheep, pineapple suckers, scholastic materials for the kids and restoring hope through community sensitization on empowerment programs. Any body willing to partner with me shall be welcome. Thanks.
