Hi 👋 Human Angels 👼🏼

I am here to see if l can get any help regarding PIP how to fill in a form.

I got excruciating sciatica pain every single nano second of my life since 2002.
I was claiming PIP, and now they are asking me to review my claim.

I am dyslexic, so l need extra help with giving clear answers for all the symptoms, and sometimes l don’t write them all because l feel ashamed.
Can anyone please help me?

Local welfare rights will be very experienced in hearing all kinds of problems, no need to be ashamed.

They are expert at taking an outside look at our problems, and knowing what needs to go on the form and language needed.
