demented Kendall , psychopath Starmer . Absolutely evil pair and reeves. They’re just going through the motions and have no idea about changing course unless they’re forced to either by public backlash or the courts .

Timms doesn’t want to be pushed off the gravy train. All these politicians waiting years to govern for just one term , you’d think at some point they’d have to turn on Starmer to save themselves 🤞

Makes me sick to my stomach the hypocrisy of these Labour Ministers, Timms now an ableist and Nandy now a staunch Royalist 🤮

at some point I think they’ll realise they need to oust starmer if they’re to be voted in next election. I wonder how long these reforms can be delayed so hopefully they get scrapped or at least stopped by the courts.

I hope so😊

Me too 🙏🤞, I actually watched a YouTube video ( I watch mostly YouTube 😂) and this YouTuber said he thinks once the local elections take place and it’s bad for labour he doesn’t think he’ll be able to continue.

I see there's an event in Glasgow even though all claimants in Scotland are now on ADP.
They say there will need to be changes to ADP with the reduction in the block grant.
And then of course there's this LCWRA situation . . .

Have a look on YouTube for
“Benefit cuts, what would you tell the government”
From ITN, very sad to watch but our message is getting out there more.

Kendell looks so angry and vicious, she seems to hate disabled people and sees to think every one on disability is fraudulent., which is insane. I think this all started with that fraud gang from Bulgaria a couple of yrs ago who benefits fraud, and the tories and Labour seem hell bent of taring every one with the same brush. What she can't seem to understand that it's not a out of work benefit.

Migrated from IR ESA to UC LCWRA told 2027 Is point of note so now what? Will I get WCA before its scrapped or will I get a 'support interview' at that date? No one seems to know at all

Noticed in whenever she is interviewed as well, its like its her life mission.

Sadly the particularly nasty bits are not in the consultation.

No.
But when the WCA is scrapped there will be no LCWRA either. It will be replaced with a health top up (will be required to do work activity), and eligibility will either be via PIP daily living or if you had LCWRA prior to to 2026 and have no FFW or LCW decisions after 2026.

As is in the green paper.
From late 2026, PIP assessment for daily living will require at least one 4 point descriptor in addition to the existing requirements to be eligible for a daily living award.
From when they scrap the WCA which seems to be targeted in 2028, there will be two pathways to have the health element, either you have PIP daily living, or if you had LCWRA before 2026, and you had no WCA after 2026 that removed LCWRA.
As an example if you are moved to LCW in Dec 2026 following a WCA, then get moved back to LCWRA in another assessment in 2027, you have broken the continuous chain of LCWRA and would only get health element with PIP daily living.1 -
I'm aware of all of that I'm Specifically asking re Substantial risk.
Appreciate it though .
(FFW is)??

Hope you don't mind me posting this. Fightback 4 Justice have posted this on their FB page. If this affects you and you would like to respond.
One of the proposals in the government's green paper is to scrap the Work Capability Assessment and instead rely on the PIP assessment. Also replacing contribution based ESA with a new health insurance that is time limited to 12 months. Anyone wishing to continue claiming would need to switch to UC an income related benefit. Many people who have a partner's income, savings or other income will then lose out despite paying into the system many years. Doing this also puts all your eggs in one basket, worrying as we have many claimants appealing one benefit but still on the other. This is one of the reasons why our team have signed up to get involved in the live consultations, including a face to face meeting and 5 online ones. We will raise all your concerns and fight hard with other organisations to effect change. What are you concerns regarding these changes to ESA?

FFW is fit for work, I use abbreviations when I can when typing sorry.
I did ask benefits and work editor if he thinks they will play games on the WCA between now and 2028 regarding substantial risk and he has the opinion they wont change it.0 -
Thank you for replying. I’m on legacy esa so I’m hoping I get moved over before next year and stay on lcwra . I saw in YouTube earlier that said to get lcwra you need that 4 points in one question but it was said in a way that made me think you need 4 points for lcwra plus another 4 point question for the pip in order to get both. But as I understand it if you get 4 points question you get pip which gets you the new health element. It’s all so confusing I doubt they know themselves what the rules are . It’s going to be chaos as all the ppl me included who get 2point s will go tribunal. That’ll cost money.

My opinion is it is important to remember its not just just a scrapping of the WCA, they are removing LCW/LCWRA in their entirety. the health top up is a financial support mechanism but it has no effect on work activity obligations, whilst both LCW and LCWRA have an affect.
