I am a disabled driver in receipt of PIP

I have paid my road tax in full as I had to change the class to disabled .. I now have my log book in disabled class but have been informed I can claim 50% of the tax I paid back … how do I do this please …

    Hi @Nannynutnut and welcome to the community! 😊 It states that when you apply for your tax discount, that they should refund on your current vehicle tax (if I've read it correctly). Please see this link for the Government website where you can find the full detail, including how to apply. It can be completed online, or at your post office if you'd prefer.

    Refunds on your current vehicle tax

    You’ll automatically get a refund for any full remaining months of vehicle tax when you apply for exemption. The refund will be sent to the address the DVLA have on their records.
