Autism awarenesss

I wish the job centre would have some empathy and awarenesss, as a health professional all levels have specific training on this to make the patient are for these individuals more focused on their needs. My son has had bad experience with job centre staff basically their not understanding his autism and the way he had been spoken to which has upset him

Sadly, I'm not sure kindness or empathy can be taught; basic requirements of being a decent person. In the current, harsh climate with DWP, I can't say I have any faith whatsoever that the appropriate training will be given to staff. I hope I'm wrong.
