So far as I'm aware, and someone will correct me if I'm wrong, there are no written rules around this.
What DWP is more interested in is if you live/act as married couple. This is because some people do this in order to maximise their individual benefits (and tie-up properties!) but still spend the majority of nights a week together, share grocery bills etc.
In light of that, I'd say you staying over at her's once/twice (maybe even three nights) a week would not be a major issue.
Four/five/six nights would, I think, be called into question and could be considered living together as a married couple.
I'd also hazard a guess that the four/five/six nights total could be a combination of you/her both staying at yours or hers.

I think, then, you'd both be asked to explain your set-up to reassure the DWP there is no intention of/or actual fraud being committed.
There are probably some valid/justifiable reasons for situations like yours, but DWP would be judge of that not randoms on t'internet.
The bottom line is: DWP would expect an explanation beyond "I stay there 70% of the week" from you both if you are both claimants.
