Should I inform DWP
I have over past few years been able to work 12 hrs a week and claim standard pip only as did not qualify for mobility. I also get higher rate of lcwra . The pain in my back with spinal disease and osteoarthritis both knees is getting to much. I prescribe morphine so I find walking and especially going up and down stairs to much . I don't know if to inform pip about this or with everything going on would they care .My pip review been extended again. I welcome any advice. Thank you for your time.

Hi @Topcat71, sorry to hear you're in so much pain at the moment, I hope you're managing okay with the morphine.
Do you know how long your PIP review has been extended for?
If you feel you would now qualify for some of the mobility points, it could be worth putting in a change of circumstances about your health. The only thing to consider is that they will look at your whole award, so while you may gain points it's also a possibility that you may lose some in other areas. I hope that won't be the case though, and I don't mean to scare you by saying that.
It's a difficult decision to make, but I hope some of our members might be able to share their experiences too.
