Pensioners and the government PIP revision

I’m new to this and not good with technology as I’m 80 and husband 77 so apologies . I wondered if any
One knows if this PIP back to work revision will affect pensioners benefits .

Hi @wizardjax, it's difficult to say for certain at the moment as we're still in the proposal stage. At the moment, changes will start in 2026 for new claimants and then for existing claimants the changes will be applied at their next review after that 2026 start date. It's likely your husband is on 'light touch' reviews, which are a bit less intensive than regular reviews and often this means the award continues as normal. But again, I'm afraid I can't confirm that for certain as we don't have the full details yet.
