Sorry I'm on one today

So here's the form and on here I can answer 7 8 9 10 as big struggles in my life and have proof I got 4 points for face to face and 13 in all so didn't contest it but next time definitely will I will fight. Tooth and nail so when I look at this I don't feel as scared if that makes sense yes I know they will score down but I will have them

I'm the same scored low on some. And carnt be arsed to fight it as I got three year award but I know I should score 4 points on some discriptors already started to get more intervention and evidence really for next renewal in forms of occupational health assessment and equipment and hearing tests I was avoiding now prove I'm profound deaf in one ear moderate in other struggle with communication, may be 18 months off a review but I'm already building evidence up

I'm actually more scared of an appeal, MR and tribunal ordeal again after the last one left me severely traumatised. I have a 4 points at the moment but having dealt with the DWP I know not to take that for granted.
When I'm up for review, if they decide not to award me the daily living I suspect I will just have to suck up and deal with it. I don't think I can go through another long appeal.
It will probably hinge for me on the preparing a meal category which, as I said in another thread, I've already had to argue over a few times.
Mine isn't up for a few years though so right now I am just waiting to see what happens.
I think one of the categories also jumps from 2 points to 6 points without a 4 point option in the middle. Maybe they'd like to look at that as it seems like a large jump.0 -

I wrote in my pip form don't you tell me what I can and can't do ! I said I'm telling you and I've backed it up with proof I get really scared like shaking and then I get my who cares head on which is good it gives me power not to fear them I remember when I was younger I was fearless been through so much and I have to remember that person they will see this don't work as will be overturned in MR what they going to say anyone with mental health can't claim that will be intreasting
