Would anyone know how much longer to get my landlord backdated RENT and also my benefit they have decucted from me??

Sorry to hear they're dragging their heels with the backpay @sara1988 unfortunately it can take a few months for the money to be paid, as they need to calculate everything first. I'd say as it's already been 8 weeks, it may be best contacting them to see why there's a hold up.
