Address to send additional evidence to PIP (review)

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have the address for PIP (review) where I can send additional evidence to support my review please?

I didn't photocopy the last few pages of the review form and keep getting different addresses when I search for it.

All replies are greatly appreciated.

Hey @MoochingMinnie the address will be on any bit of PIP correspondence you've received. There are a couple of addresses, so you'll need to check on a previous PIP letter to see which one to use.
