Hi I've been awarded limited capability for work and work related activity. I received my letter yesterday 22 April my fit note's run from 30/01/25 with no breaks. Can any one tell me when might get my first payment and roughly how much.

LCWRA is currently £423.27 each month.

With your dates there might not be any backpay.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

What date did you report the health condition?

What is your Assessment Period or payment date?

In terms of Fit Note breaks, it's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.

Are there still no breaks?

My fit note start date was the 06/01/2025 and my payment dates is always the 2nd and the assessment dates is 27th to the 26th. Thanks for helping

My estimate of your waiting period would be:

December/January: Partial Assessment Period not counted for waiting period.

January/February: AP 1

February/March: AP 2

March/April: AP 3

April/May: Eligible for LCWRA element

June 2nd: First LCWRA element paid.
