Hi, my name is ptsdinga!

Since the news of the welfare reform I have felt more and more distressed and despairing to the point of needing several mental health crisis calls and trips to A and E. As someone with a severe and enduring serious mental illness, Bipolar with significant emotional dyresregulatuon AND M.E./ chronic fatigue syndrome and POTS and GERD and generalised anxiety disorder I feel I cannot think of anything else except the dread that lies ahead with benefits "reform" . I can't manage my conditions as the severity of each makes the others worse and I'm looking for some coping mechanisms any advice appreciated.

I'm so sorry that the potential reforms are affecting you so much. We're all definitely feeling that dark cloud here. But please remember nothing is set in stone yet.I've popped you a little email, please be on the look out for it.😊
