HHi So if the changes go ahead I'm confused as to when my uc lcwra and pip will be looked at next.

Pip is due to be reviewed in 2029 at which point I will be 63. Will they review my lcwra next year or when pip is set to be reviewed?? Tyia

If you are reviewed in 2029, and the changes are not delayed, then it will be under the new rules.

LCWRA is unknown as assessments have been paused for a while and they not turning them back on for everyone. WCA is scheduled to be removed in 2028.

LCWRA is an ongoing award. It doesn't have a firm end date like PIP. Technically it could be reassessed at any time. But in reality very few reassessments are happening at the moment.

@OverlyAnxious I thought that they were reviewing people on lcwra and lcw based on pip reviews and the 4 points (which i don't currently have) on daily activities then if don't qualify under new pip rules they will need to find work. Is it only lwc they focusing on next year or I'd everyone getting assessed on pip review date?

That's not quite right. At the moment, you & I could still be reassessed under the old WCA for LCWRA at any time up to April 2026.

The current proposal is that after 2026, anyone who already had LWCRA would not be reassessed again.

The PIP 4 points rule is proposed to come in during 2026/27, but they won't reassess LCWRA claimants on that. LCWRA & UC will remain separate until the WCA gets scrapped around 2029.

Sorry I know it's confusing and I'm not sure I've explained it very clearly either. But the best I can say at the moment is that you might be reassessed on LCWRA, but it won't be tied in to PIP for another few years.
