Hi everyone, newbie here.
I'm hoping for a little advice from you lovely lot. My daughter has ADHD, we had the pip assessment over the phone (recorded) a couple of weeks ago. Got about three-quarters of the way through when the signal kept failing so had to be rescheduled, we were assured it would be the same assessor and that we would carry on from where we left off in the original assessment.
Got the call yesterday, was a different assessor who said we had to go through the entire assessment from the beginning again. This resulted in my daughter having a full-on meltdown leading to complete shut down. Assessment couldn't go ahead.
What I'm asking if, where do we go from here? Any advice would really be appreciated. Thank you so much.
