Hi to everyone
I have received a text message that I have a pip assessment face to face in 2 weeks time
My question is
Can I request a telephone or video appointment instead
I’m already in panic
What do I do

Hi @luzia
If you've received an appointment letter for a face to face assessment, you can contact the assessment provider(details should be on the letter) and request a change to a telephone assessment😄0 -
In what circumstances they will change the appointment
I’m scared if I call and they refuse

If you explain the reasons you would like a video/phone telephone such as accessibility issues or issues related to your disability, you will hopefully be okay changing the appointment
