Hi I was working and been signed of sick for more than 6 months I get the higher rate lcwra now I cannot walk have a wheelchair and have a blood cancer called mpn my employer has said I cannot go back due to sick grounds will I loss my lcwra

Hi @Stuart2412, welcome to the community. On LCWRA you have no work commitments which means you don't have to work if you're not able to. You shouldn't lose your LCWRA if you find you can't go back to work for health reasons ☺️
