I have review soon and my anxiety is through the roof, I can't sleep with worry.

    I have a review soon and I am terrified, I have high anxiety and can't cope with it.

    Hi @Palmtree125 bless you, that's completely understandable. Is it a telephone or face to face review? And do you have someone you can rely on for emotional support you can take along? Hopefully it's not too far in the future so you're not waiting and worrying long. I know sometimes it's easier said than done, but please try to find a bit of a distraction, something that makes you feel good. 💛
