I am shocked, to go from Enhanced both elements to zero and your award stopped. I was sure you would have the same Enhanced both elements award when the latest decision letter arrived. Sorry I was wrong, but I should not have been!! You must put in your MR. Something is amiss here, go into the detail your did for your previous successful MR.

Holly has posted excellent information and links, please use these. Keep calm, I know it is not easy and keep in touch on the forum....

That is good news your GP has written medical evidence on your behalf for PIP and the DWP requested it. Have you sent this information to the DWP? You could send it with your Mandatory Reconsideration.

Pip requested this information so the dr is sending this off to pip but they made the decision before they recieved it and the decision letter isnt even signed by a dm just says area manager no signature i dont think it has ebven ben looked at properly

Point taken, your Doctor's letter could change the decision. I feel I would have to call PIP as you have had a decision letter, yet your evidence is yet to be received. I would need to know if they are awaiting your Doctor's evidence and would this change the decision, as you are inbetween a Decision Letter and a Mandatory Reconsideration, if you know what I am saying.

This is an awkward one. You have a decision letter, though not signed and your PIP has stopped. Your Doctor has sent in evidence, so you need to know will this change the decision or do you need to continue with the MR. So a call to the DWP may help to check they have the Doctors evidence and will it change the decision. Give them a call!
