Ongoing pip review and random call

I had to send in a pip review in Sept 2024. I hadn't even been on awarded for 2 years by this point. They have text stating that they still have my forms and progressing through. I have bipolar, agoraphobia and suffer with severe migraines. Today, I have had numerous calls from unsolicited numbers, I am in a slump and have the worst migraine. At 4:26pm an 0800 phoned me, I lost it told them to f off, leave me alone and stop phoning me, before they had chance to speak I put the phone down. Two mins later I received a text message saying that they tried to contact me about my pip and will call at a later date. This call was not arranged and just out of the blue. Will me losing it go against me?

Don't worry about it, they probably think you have had a hard day. You can always call them and explain the situation.

Hi @SLK, sorry to hear you're not feeling too well today. I hope your migraines clear quickly. As the call was out of the blue they can't expect you to be available or well when they call. I'm sure if you explain what happened to them they'll understand that it was a bad time for you.
Hope the next call goes okay ☺️
