UC advice after switching from ESA to UC today

I migrated from ESA support group to UC today. I had a to do text straight away regarding accepting commitments. I agreed to these online and submitted. It's not on the to do list now, but my journal says I still have to do this by 19 May and cannot be paid until this is done!
Do I need to go anything? Should I add message in journal? if so, which section. This is already confusing me. Any help appreciated.

Heya @TK1 I'd say if you're worried, it may be best to leave a little note on the journal to ask if it still needs doing. I found sometimes it can take a while for some things to leave the list of stuff to do.
