Support

Hi everyone, hope that all of you are alright.
Because I've got a lot of personal experience of mental health problems I want to offer my support to anyone needs it.
If can help anyone in anyway I will.
I'm Steph and I've had a problem with mental health for most of my life, I've never been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (manic depressive) but I know I have it.

That's so kind of you to offer support @quinceorange24 thank you. 😊
But going back to you, have you thought of asking your GP about going for an official diagnosis? It can often open up more help for you.

It is a shame we have to jump through so many hoops @charl1234 but often they have to do things slowly, just to see how you take to the new medications and such. It would be nice if they could just believe us and leave it at that haha.
