Hi Catherine, as has been said before the letters are going out up until September. So it's nothing to worry about that you haven't had yours yet.

Hi, My son hasn't either. Apparently by September everyone on ESA will have moved over.

Not quite, everyone will have had a letter by September, after the letter you have a few months to claim.
So by January everyone should have been moved over from all legacy benefits.

I haven’t had my letter yet either. I’m finding the anxiety of waiting for it overwhelming. I wish I could just migrate now but I know I’d lose the transitional protection
