Pip review
Hi..I'm new on here and would ike some advice about my recent pip review. I was getting £603.84 every 4 weeks..my last payment on the 8th may..recieved dwp text on the 14th of may saying they have made a decision.so I phoned the automated line ..it said my next payment of £446.58 on the 5th June.. so now I'm confused with the new payment is it arears so that means I have lost my award or is it a new award..but then that wouldn't add up to any of the components..I know I should wait for the letter..but if anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it.

The automated line often gives out incorrect information.
You can phone and speak to someone although they won't always give the information verbally.

Hey there @78L and a warm welcome to the community.
I'd not take what you hear on the automated line as gospel, it's well known for not giving the correct information and not updating very quickly, so I think it's best to wait for the letter to arrive, which shouldn't be too long. 🤞0 -
Thank your for your reply. I did ring earlier but was on hold for over half an hour and I have heard they don't give decisions over the phone..I will have to just wait the letter I suppose
