UC biographical id check

Hi

Doing mums UC application tomorrow migration over from ESA as she doesn't have photo ID she won't be able to complete her ID online if she went for a biographical telephone id check can anyone who has had one confirm what they ask as she has a bad memory and if we know what they'll ask in advance we cam get the right paperwork and write things down for her ect.

What do UC ask to confirm ID over the phone?

    Hi,

    They ask different questions specifically to prevent people from guessing them beforehand.

    Often it will be things about bank accounts, benefits, possibly work or education.
