    Of course explain you have these mental health difficulties. You will be surprised how accommodating they can be . I found this when having to explain my mental health before we started on my biographical id . She took everything at my own pace so please you'll be fine🙂

    They will only be there for your review . Perhaps ask questions if you don't understand anything and get them to take it slowly with you xx

    I understand they check 4 months but im concerned about never declaring unspent benefits and i dont understand hownit all works so my uncle came and he added all unspent benefits money over the years and irs not looking good if he adds it up everymonth from my bank statements its well over and even though ive a savings account with less that 3k in my unspent money if addedbon every month since ive claimed 3 years worth its nearly at 10k I should of put in there was 2072 and 457 back pays in2022 andb2k col cwp but im still that high even though I dont even have this money in my bank ive basically got 100 pound left now till I get paid on the 7th im so scared now im 22 and even my uncle doesn't fully understand this ive asked but what people have told me doesn't make sense no more if you have to declare your unspent every month then carry that forward to the next month nobody is saying if its correct or not x

    You can download NatWest bank statements of up to 7 years old from Online Banking. You can access these statements as PDF files by logging into your Online Banking account and navigating to "Statements & transactions". You can then select the desired account, in case you've got a few accounts, and period to download the statements. Bang!.
