Hi just had my pip phone assessment my friend who supports me was with me, he thinks the person was trying to get me to say stuff contrary to my true circumstances,do maximus record them even without requesting it.

Hi @Ads68 I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. It's good you had someone else there to witness it given how it went. I'm not sure if they record it, but if you weren't informed at the beginning they shouldn't be. Are you looking to raise a dispute about this?

Hi thanks for your reply what my worry is my last assessment 6 years ago was full of untruths and don't want to have to go through all that again

You can request a copy of the assessment from the DWP, just give time for them to receive it from Maximus.
