Hi,
If you cannot leave the house on more than 50% of days then that is the correct score.
If you can leave the house on more than 50% of days (but always with another person) then you should score the full 12 points.
The assessors don't all understand this, so you might just have got lucky with the previous one.

I should have scored the full points for this . I only leave the house to go for a haircut once a month . Other than that am with a friend constantly once every or 2 weeks due to my anxiety .
Am failing to understand how I lost 2 points? It does not say anything why I lost the points or why they agree or anything - I can’t seem to understand the assesment report on this one .

10 points is the correct score for this.
Your previous award was incorrect. You were just lucky that the last assessor didn't fully understand the rules.

I got 10 points for moving around and this is exactly where I lost out on 2 points because I worded it wrong on my form.

You could do an MR if it was an error of wording in your case. (Maybe already have?)
I have to say I don't agree with the Mobility descriptors at all. I couldn't score any points when I was just about managing to drive to the local shop and a family members house. Despite not being able to use public transport or taxis or even take lifts due to my conditions. Then when I lost the ability to drive and became effectively housebound I scored 10 points and got extra money…money that is completely useless to me now that I don't have a car to maintain and can't go anywhere! Whoever designed this part of the descriptors seemed to have a very narrow view of how transport & travel can be affected by medical conditions.

No I didn't bother doing an MR because I was happy to be awarded standard for both and didn't want to possibly lose it,im due a review from the end of September and reach state pension age in January so am hoping to get an indefinite award.
