Capita

Hi My form has been sent to Capita on 4th of April to date my Dr has heard nothing to from them..Is this a good sign ???? Do they always contact your Dr..My circumstances have changed ..

Laughed at me when i asked them to contact my gp. So I told him, he was actually a locum gp as mine was off, he was furious and wrote them a stern letter. They contacted him soon after.

What I have done is requested my medical records so I can send them relevant evidence myself.

How long does it take Capita to assess your application..They have mine since 4th April and I have been in touch with my Dr and to date he hadnt received anything..How long do you think it will take for me to hear anything..mine was change of circumstances..

They don't always contact GP's.
You'd be best asking Capita what their current waiting time is for a claim to be processed.

Change of Circumstances are usually completed fairly quickly, quicker than a normal review. I have read on this forum around 12 weeks it will take.
