I am in receipt of universal credit and lcwra , I don’t work and single , would I be entitled to free dental care ?

Yes you do qualify for free NHS Dental care, as your take home pay (money from working) is zero.

Kimi87 , thank you just been told by an advisor from Dwp that because I receive over 435 pound per month I’m not entitled

DWP can't advise correctly on their own benefits let alone outside help!
As per the NHS link only take home pay has any impact on qualification for help with NHS health costs.
You have zero take home pay so qualify for full help with NHS costs, in this case free dental.
