No show, for online journal UC payment statement

hi
I normally get paid 30th of each month but this time round I’ve had no statement in my journal (under payment) nothing in my todo list and nothing in my journal saying I won’t get paid etc.

I am worried I’m not going to get paid.
I have bills due out 1st so worried now.
I have rang them but still waiting for a phone call back.
has anyone not had a statement and been paid ?
