Splitting up, moving home, and no clue of the process. Having panic attacks please help

I have just been accepted to rent a new home in a different area and will be moving without my partner so going from joint claim which goes into his bank account at the moment to a single claim for me in this new home. I am in lwcra group. I have no clue what will happen and I am having lots of panic attacks worrying about what lies ahead. I suffer with complex ptsd and don't drive and am worried sick about having to go alone to any interviews. Will I still get help with my rent at the LHA rate for needing 1 bedroom? Will my.claim.just transfer over? Will I be able to just send proof of my new tenancy and my bank bank details online somehow? It is very hard for me to face strangers alone. I am so worried that I will commit to this tenancy but then find that I do not get what I have calculated for and be completely stitched up. I feel sick with worry and can't stop shaking. I have to complete the initial process with the estate agents tomorrow.
Can anyone please help.me.understand what i am.getting.into please?

Once you move you update UC with:
Your new address
The change in your relationship status
Your bank account details
Your rent liability
All those can be done simply via Report a Change on your UC Journal
I believe a task will appear on your To Do list with an upload link on your Journal to give them a copy of your tenancy agreement.
You can check how much LHA you will get here;
To get the one bedroom rate you need to be over 35 or getting Daily Living PIP if under 35.
And estimate your new overall UC award:
You shouldn't need to attend any interviews at all.
