ESA to UC Help to Claim

I just wanted to highlight the Help to Claim service from citizens advice when migrating from ESA to UC. I got my migration letter yesterday and contacted them via web chat (I don’t do well on phones). They did a calculation for me so I know what my award should be. They also gave me loads of helpful advice and a reference number so they know who I am for further questions. They can support me until my first correct payment.
I’ve filled the UC form in and had a couple of questions so went back on webchat and they told me what I needed to put. I’m waiting now to submit on Tuesday - the day after I get my ESA. They’re are certainly helping to ease my anxiety over migration.
